Anil Maheshwari, Ph.D.  Currently a professor of management at Maharishi University of Management, Dr. Maheshwari teaches courses in data analytics, and information systems. He is the author of the bestselling book Business Intelligence and Data Mining Made Accessible, available on Amazon.com

Dr. Maheshwari has over 20 years of experience in various areas of management, including business development, marketing, global branding, social-media, program management, IT consulting, and training.  For nine years he held a variety of leadership roles at IBM in Austin, including managing the strategic alliance between IBM and Intel Corporation in cloud computing.  Most recently, from 2010 to 2011, he served as Senior Vice President at Quinnox, Inc. in Chicago (an IT services and solutions provider with 1,200 employees), where he was responsible for building and executing a client-engagement program with several Fortune-500 clients.  Previously he was director of global integrated marketing communications at Panduit Corporation in Chicago (an IT infrastructure-solutions company with 4,500 employees). 

He has previously taught at University of Cincinnati, City University of New York, and other universities. His research has been published in many reputed journals and conferences. Dr. Maheshwari has an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and a Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University.

He was the President of an Indian ethnic community for 4 years. He has been speaking on Professional Development topics at professional gatherings. He ran a marathon in Austin in 2006.
